Assembly Process Inspection

Full Load Performance Testing
Every generator is tested under load conditions to simulate real usage. We check voltage stability, noise level, vibration, and fuel consumption.

 

24-Hour Running Test (for key models)
For selected models, we run continuous operation tests to ensure long-time stability and reliability.

 

Final Visual & Function Inspection
Before shipping, each unit is checked for appearance quality, labeling, safety parts, and complete functionality.

 

Export Packaging Protection
We use reinforced packaging, waterproof wrapping, and anti-shock protection to ensure safe long-distance transport.
